CLEVELAND, Ohio — As we head into another NFL season, hopeful Browns fans are making plans to cheer on their hometown team on an almost weekly basis throughout the fall.
The Muni Lot near the newly christened Huntington Bank Field downtown is always a popular spot for folks headed to watch the Browns in person, while other folks opt for at-home football parties with plenty of snacks. For those weeks that you don’t know what to do for the game, several Northeast Ohio bars and restaurants are ready to provide an option for eating, viewing and (hopefully) celebrating.
While nearly any and every bar in Northeast Ohio will likely be airing the Browns games during the season, a few establishments stand out for their over-the-top fandom. A few sports bars provide as home bases for local Browns Backers clubs while others set the stage for the high-energy atmosphere that NFL Sundays were made for.
In case you need some inspiration for the next several Sundays, here are 17 bars and restaurants in Greater Cleveland perfect for watching Browns games. A few go a bit more above and beyond than most, but all of them are great options for watching the game somewhere that isn’t on your couch or downtown at the stadium.
